The philosophy of Xceeda Group is also the reason for our name. It has always been about helping people to exceed whether in sales or key account management positions. 

 

Our approach is to understand the individual and work outwards from there. We find that most learning providers miss this crucial entry point and simply attempt to ‘attach’ generic theories, models and concepts to people, working from the outside in. 

 

Our approach to sales and selling is a perfect example. The successful application and embedding of ‘Selling with Respect’ completely relies upon the individual character and personality of the sales person as the starting point for any development of sales practices, behaviours and skills. How can we know the audience or the competition unless we know ourselves and our current communication preferences.
